DDP:
Within the European Union, Arayko provides full tax-and-duty coverage at its own expense, ensuring you will never be charged any additional fees upon delivery. This service applies exclusively to EU orders, where all taxes and duties are already included in the checkout price.
Please note that this policy does not affect shipping fees, which may still apply separately.
DDU:
For orders shipped outside the European Union, buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the checkout price.
Please note that Arayko is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or processing.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@arayko.com with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable).
